Hi, my passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle started from an early age, I love the freedom of movement and the exhilaration of adrenalin. I enjoy all forms of sporting endeavour and the challenge of progression. My enthusiasm for fitness and well being is contagious, meaning my clients reach their goals with a smile on their face. I have the knowledge and the devotion to drive you to achieve your goals, all you need to do is be willing. Exercising regularly will improve not only your body but your mind as well, giving you the ability to live life to its fullest.
The benefits of exercise and a healthy lifestyle are hard to dispute, a reduced risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes and some cancers are just the start. A reduction in stress levels, improved sleep patterns and more self confidence are also common benefits, along with weight-loss and more energy.
I qualified as a Personal Trainer, Nutritional Advisor and Gym Instructor after studying with Premier Training International, on their Personal Trainer Diploma course, often referred to as the gold standard qualification.
As a member of The Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs), I carry level 3 Advanced Instructor status with comprehensive insurance.
I am a member of the UK Personal Trainer Directory, linking Clients and Trainers across the country.
I have a HSE endorsed first aid qualification.
I offer 1 to 1 personal training sessions, nutrition advice, weight management strategies, and postural assessment. |
